Our treats are 100% natural and contain zero preservatives. Here are the guidelines: Made-In-SG series: Consume within 4 months from the order date. Australian Exotics series: Consume within 6 months from the order date. Refrigerate to prolong freshness. Our treats can last longer if stored in a cool, dry place. However, since we make these treats fresh to provide the best for your furkid, we recommend not stashing them away for too long!

Store our treats in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and your furkid's saliva. Refrigerating is optional but can be done to prolong freshness. Once opened, reseal the bag tightly or transfer the treats to an airtight container. This helps keep them fresh and delicious!

For Dental Chews: During the teething phase (around 5-7 months), puppies’ mouths "itch," and they feel like biting everything in sight—this is normal!
